Payment at Orders from Abroad
Due to many negative experiences in the past we unfortunately had to change our payment modalities to be able to meet "black sheeps" among our customers. We are conscious that this meets also many of our honest customers but we count on your understanding. In principle, products will not be sent abroad on open invoice anymore. Only regular customers are excepted. Divergent payment modalities require our express consent.
You can pay by credit card, cash on delivery (C.O.D.), cheque or prepayment as well as PayPal. More detailed information you will find at the respective pages in our online help.
If you don't have a credit card, you may pay by COD (cash on delivery) as well. This mode of payment is strongly recommended especially in countries taking part in the eurogiro-procedure because you will not be charged any extra fees for money transfer. In case you should have a PayPal account, you are invited to pay by PayPal.
If you have a bank account in Germany, you can pay also by direct debit.
